What we collect
If you email [email protected] or use the contact form, we receive the name, email, city, topic, and message you submit. The form in this static site checks the fields in your browser and does not store them on a DDOK server until you email us.
Site logs
The host may keep standard server logs: IP address, browser type, and the page requested. We use those logs to keep the site available and to spot failed downloads. We do not sell logs.
How long we keep mail
Support emails are kept long enough to solve the install or editorial question, then deleted within 24 months unless a longer period is required by Indian law.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] to ask for a copy of your support thread or to ask us to delete it. You can also call +91 22 4896 2100 during IST desk hours.
Children
DDOK Game is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
